We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We can issue a credit note to the value of your return or exchange your returned item for something else. Alternatively you are able to receive a full refund only to the account/credit card from which the original purchase was made.
Returning an item to Store or via Post
We will accept returns to our shop in Old Amersham. You will need the original receipt, delivery note etc. and items can only be returned if they are unused, with tags and with original packaging. We can then refund, exchange or offer you a credit note for future use. The Leveret does not cover the cost of returning unwanted items so we recommend customers use a signed service when returning items, as The Leveret is not liable for items lost in transit by third party carriers.
If you have received a gift but wish to exchange or return it, please contact us on +44 (0)1494 433641. It is possible to return a gfit in exchange for a credit note provided that we have proof of the original purchase. An email will be sent to the original purchaser to authorise the exchange or credit accordingly.
